Our Luxe picnics* are perfect for any occasion and can be created to offer the ultimate luxury birthday celebration, a relaxed and fun gathering or a fabulous themed children's tea party!
Elegant low-level tables are styled with beautiful rugs, scatter cushions and table decor to suit your chosen style, perfect for adults or children.
We can set up indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours. Outdoor picnics must have an alternative indoor (or covered outdoor) space available incase of rain.
Pop-up picnics can also be set up inside our beautiful bell tents from April-September, so there's no need to worry about the Great British weather.

Delivery is free within 5 miles of RH6 Horley, Surrey. A small mileage charge will be applied for greater distances, please check when booking for a quote.

Everything as per our Original pop-up picnic, but with upgraded place settings; place names, wine glasses, crockery, napkins and gold cutlery.

The ultimate luxury picnic table - everything as per our Signature option but with the addition of real flower arrangements, side plates, champagne flutes and water glasses. A bespoke table setting created to meet your requirements.

Our beautiful luxe picnics are perfect alongside (or even inside) a bell tent, and they're ideal alongside indoor sleepovers to make them extra special.
Picnic in the Bell
Book your luxe picnic* inside one of our 4m bell tents, and enjoy a beautiful space to relax and enjoy your party, whatever the weather!
The tent will be decorated inside and out to suit your theme, perfect for adult and children's parties.
Picnics in the bell can seat up to 28 adults or 32 children (with 2 rows of tables).

How big are your tables?
Each table measures approx 78x118 cm and can seat up to 8 guests.
When planning your space please check with us for measurements including your rugs and cushions etc.
Do you provide food?
Our prices are for the hire of equipment & decor only. We do work alongside a number of local catering companies, so please ask if you would like to add a grazing /afternoon tea / themed party food.
Do you hire gazebos?
We don't supply gazebos unfortunately. To weather-proof your picnic on the day we recommend hire of our bell tent for a 'Picnic in the bell' option.
How long is the hire period?
Our daytime hire is for a max of 7 hours, with collection by 5pm. For evening hire, please select our overnight hire option when booking.
Do picnics have to be outside?
We set up picnics indoors and out, throughout the year with seasonal table options available.
What if it rains on the day?
If you are planning an outside picnic, we ask when booking that there is an alternative indoor or covered outdoor space available in case of rain on the day.
If it does rain during a picnic, we ask for all equipment to be brought inside.
How many people can I book for?
Bookings can be from 2 to 30 people.
Can I hire the tables without place settings?
Yes, our tables can be hired 'bare', or with rugs, cushions and table decor but without plates, cups etc. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
What area do you cover?
We deliver free within 10 miles of RH6 Horley, Surrey. We can travel for a small mileage charge, please ask for a quote when booking.
