FAQ's
How much space do I need?
Each teepee (including mattress) needs approx 80x200cm. We do have smaller mattresses available at 140cm length. Please make sure you have measured your floor space before booking! Teepees cannot be placed in front of fireplaces or doorways.
How does it work?
Once you have a date in mind and idea of numbers then get in touch to check availability. You can also choose your theme/s and if your chosen date is available we'll send you a booking form to complete together with your £30 deposit. We'll then be in touch before your party to discuss any special requirements and confirm a delivery time.
What ages are the teepees suitable for?
Our teepees are designed to be used by children 4+ and can accommodate adults!
Do you provide bedding?
We provide all bedding apart from pillows.
How are things cleaned?
We thoroughly clean and sanitise all items inbetween every sleepover. All bedding and teepee covers are washed with non-bio detergent and anti-bacterial cleanser. Beds and any items that can't be machine washed are wiped down with anti-bacterial cleanser.
Should I choose DIY or hassle-free setup?
During the lockdowns in 2020, we were able to offer a doorstep delivery service to our customers. This proved very popular and following feedback from customers we decided to keep it for those that are happy to set up themselves. Teepees are delivered fully assembled and we supply full instructions.

For those that want to keep things as hassle-free as possible, we offer our setup, style and collection service. We deliver, setup and style everything ready for your perfect sleepover party, then return the next day and pack it all away!
Do you offer any party extras?
Yes, we work with a number of amazing local suppliers to provide a range of party extras to help make your party the best ever! You can add balloons, bouncy castles, cakes, sweets, selfie stations, doughnut walls, party packs, light up numbers, personalised items, breakfast boxes and midnight feasts to name a few. If you have something in mind just ask when booking and we'll make it happen!
How many teepees can I hire?
You can currently hire up to 8Â teepees in any one booking. Please make sure you have sufficient space to accommodate your chosen number before booking!
Do you require a deposit?
We ask for a £30 deposit on booking to secure your date. The remaining balance (plus a refundable security deposit) is payable the week before your party. Security deposits are refunded within 48 hours of your party providing there is no damage to the equipment.
Are items CE Certified?
Yes. We are passionate about promoting safer sleepovers, and by law all teepees (and covers) for commercial use must be CE/UKCA certified along with any other items intended for play.  All of our teepees are CE Certified and made by a trusted UK manufacturer - no homemade teepees here! Unfortunately not all sleepover companies are the same.
Are you insured?
We have full public liability insurance through our specialist company. Our insurance certificate is available on request.
What about health & safety?
We carry out risk assessments on all equipment and consider any special requirements for each party, all of our equipment complies to relevant UK health and safety laws. We only use UKCA/CE compliant teepees, as required by law.

We have a 5* food hygiene rating, so you can be sure everything you receive is stored and prepared correctly.
Can the teepees be used outside?
No, our teepees are designed for indoor use only. For outdoor teepees please see our bell tents.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make any changes to your booking. Where possible, we will try our best to accommodate. Any changes to party numbers or dates must be made at least 14 days before your party date.
